The exercises are actually meant to be exercises. Because the real key to getting to look like a superhero right away is to do what every superhero does every day, which is turn on your superpowers. You want to turn on your superpowers so you can get into a superhero costume, so you can show off your superpowers and make people laugh.

The exercises are mainly meant to be super-tough exercises. The main idea is that you need to do a few exercises to make the main character happy and that’s it. You then need to get them to show off your superpowers. You then need to change your costume to look like a superhero, so that you can take it on your own path. If you were to do that, the final goal is to take the main character’s superpowers and show them off to the world.
