Since the beginning of the year, I have been amazed by how different we are from the people who are living the same lifestyle that I do. Every time I sit down to talk with a new professional, I feel so much more confident about my own career and business.

It’s not that I disagree with that statement, but I can’t agree with the whole idea of’selling’ your skills. I think it’s better to build a relationship with people who can help others rather then trying to sell yourself.

I agree that building a strong relationship with potential customers is always better than trying to sell yourself, but I think selling yourself is a little bit over the top since I think it is still more important to create a good base of clients. Sure you can give away a product or an app, but I think it is pretty much the same. Most people who want to work with you will give up if you sell yourself.
