Maybe, but I think most people think it makes you fat. I think the reason people think it makes you fat is so they can continue to convince themselves that they are still in good shape. It also helps the illusion of control, because it is easier to get a person to believe in their ability to lift weights that make them fat than to convince them that lifting weights that make them thin makes them look like a muscle god.

A lot of people think that by getting fit they somehow improve their looks. They are wrong. They only look better, because they are looking to improve their appearance. The problem is that they don’t know what to do to improve their looks, because they haven’t learned what makes them look good.

Exercise is very much a “what to do” sort of thing. The main thing you need to do to change your body composition is to exercise. It is not a “what to eat” thing. Exercise is simply a way to change the size and shape of your body. In fact, when you are really good at it you can make even your eating habits healthier. If you are able to eat well, then you will be able to exercise well.

Exercise is probably the most important part of any fitness program, but you don’t have to do it all the time. That’s not to say that you can’t do regular exercising during the day. But you really need to be consistent. That means you can’t exercise everyday, that means that you have to go to the gym on a daily basis, and that means that you have to be in the gym at least 3-4 days a week.

If you are going to run 3-4 days a week, then you will need to be eating well. You will need to exercise, and that means you will need to have the right kind of cardio and also be getting a decent amount of protein and healthy fats.
